RESOLUTION NO. 2010-69R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE <br />APPOINTMENT OF ROXANNE NEMCIK AS <br />ASSISTANT CITY ATTORNEY; AND DECLARING <br />AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />RECITALS: <br />• <br />1. The approval of the City Council is necessary for the appointment of an <br />Assistant City Attorney under Section 4.04 of the San Marcos City Charter. <br />2. The City Attorney has requested City Council approval of the appointment of <br />Ms. Roxanne Nemcik as an Assistant City Attorney. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The City Attorney's appointment of Roxanne Nemcik as Assistant <br />City Attorney is approved. <br />PART 2.
