<br />132 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1976-56-R <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE FINAL ESTIMATE <br />SUBMITTED BY LOYD ELECTRIC COMPANY FOR ELECTRICAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS AT THE SPRING LAKE PUMP STATION <br />PURSUANT TO THEIR CONTRACT WITH THE CITY, AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE FINAL PAYMENT TO BE MADE IN <br />ACCORDANCE WITH SAID ESTIMATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos has contracted with Loyd Electric Company <br /> <br />for the performance of certain electrical improvements at the Spring Lake <br /> <br />Pump Station; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City employees. 'have inspectedo.the work performed by Loyd Electric <br /> <br />Company and have found that their work has been completed in a satisfactory <br /> <br />manner, pursuant to their obligations under the contract; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with said contract, Loyd Electric Company has submitt,ed <br /> <br />its final estimate for payment in the amount of $3,289.70; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />.1 <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That the final estimate submitted by Loyd Electric Company for <br /> <br />electrical improvements at the Spring Lake Pump Station, pursuant to their <br /> <br />contract with the City of San Marcos, be, and ,is hereby, approved. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. That the final payment to Loyd Electric' Company, in the amount <br /> <br />of $3,285.70, for said improvements be, and is hereby, authorized. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
