111 ORDINANCE NO. 1975 - 41 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING A RESERVATION FEE AND A PER HOUR CHARGE FOR USE OF THE COMAL PARK AND DUNBAR PARK RECREATION HALL AND ESTAB- LISHING A FEE FOR THE USE OF THE CITY BALL FIELDS. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, is of the I opinion that fees should be established for the use of City park facilities to defray costs of operation and maintenance of such facilities; now, therefore BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the Parks and Recreation Director shall collect a reservation fee in the amount of $15.00 per day for the use of the Carnal Park and Dunbar Park Recreation Halls maintained by the City of San Marcos; furthermore, in addition to said reservation fee, the Parks and Recreation Director shall colleet a fee for the use of said buildings on the rate of $1.50 per hour. SECTION 2. That the Parks and Recreation Director shall collect a fee in the amount of $10.00 per day for the use of any ball parks maintained by the City of San Marcos when such use is for any purpose other than a supervised I and sanctioned program of the City Park and Recreation Department; provided however, no fee shall be eollected when the anticipated use demands no mainte- nanee or work to be performed by City Park personnel. SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effeet ten (10) days from and after its passage. PASSED AND APPROVED on first reading August 11, 1975. PASSED AND APPROVED on second reading August 25, 1975.
