<br />92 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1974 - 64 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, <br />DISANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY PRESENTLY INCLUDED <br />WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on November 30, 1970, the City of San Marcos annexed into the City <br /> <br />certain real property as evidenced to and described in the attached Exhibit A; <br /> <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, three years have lapsed since the annexation of said real property: <br /> <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos has failed to provide said real property with <br /> <br />services as required by Article 970A, Revised Civil Statutes of Texas (1925); <br /> <br />now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That that certain real property as described in the attached <br /> <br />Exhibit A be, and is hereby, disannexed and removed from the City of San Marcos. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
