Flores' <br />current term of office; and, <br /> <br />WHERE~S, our col league is completing his sixth year as an <br />elected official of the City, with previous years as a <br />member of the original Planning and Zoning Commission; and, <br /> <br />WHERE~S, for the turbulent year just past, Luciano Flores <br />has served his community with distinction as Mayor of the City: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Council go on record <br /> <br />as extending Mayor Luciano H.
