<br />1973-15-R <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />II <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Federal Government, through its representative, the <br /> <br />Department of Housing and Urban Development, has invited the City <br /> <br />of San Marcos, Texas, to participate in the HUD Annual Arrangement <br /> <br />concept; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Mayor of the City of San Marcos to <br /> <br />execute a letter of agreement between the City and the Department of <br /> <br />Housing and Urban Development before receiving Annual Arrangement <br /> <br />Funds for FY 1974: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br /> <br />San Marcos, Texas: <br /> <br />1. That the City Council of the City of San Marcos, <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Texas, has reviewed and concurs with the content of <br /> <br />the letter of agreement. <br /> <br />2. That the City Council empowers the Mayor of the <br /> <br />City of San Marcos to execute the letter of agree- <br /> <br />ment between the City and the Department of Housing <br /> <br />and Urban Development. <br /> <br />PASSED AND APPROVED this 29 day of May, 1973. <br /> <br />IJ;~!~ <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />~v <br /> <br /> <br />1i!/f- <br />
