155 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1981-61 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING APPENDIX A OF THE CODE <br />OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, <br />ENTITLED "GENERAL ZONING ORDINANCE" TO INCLUDE <br />"HOME OCCUPATION" AS A SPECIFIC USE ALLOWABLE IN <br />"' R-i' SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICTS ," "' TH' <br />TOWNHOUSE RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS," "' R-2' DUPLEX <br />OR TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICTS" AND "'D~ MULTI- <br />FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICTS" AND DECLARING AN EFFEC- <br />TIVE DATE. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That section 9(B) of Appendix A of the Code of <br />Ordinances, City of San Marcos, Texas, entitled "General Zoning <br />Ordinance," is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />SECTION 9- "R-i" Single Family Dwelling District <br />...B. Specific Uses: (Require Use Permits) <br /> <br />1. A mobile home on an unsubdivided tract <br /> or two mobile homes per lot in residential <br /> areas. <br />2. Facilities for railroads or those u~ilities <br /> holding a franchise under the City. <br />3. Home occupation. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. That section 10(B) of Appendix A of the Code <br />of Ordinances, City of San Marcos, Texas, entitled "General <br />Zoning Ordinance," is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 10- "TH" Townhouse Residential District <br /> <br /> ...B. Specific Uses: (Require Use Permits) <br /> <br /> 1. A mobile home on an unsubdivided tract. <br /> 2. Home occupation. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. That section ii(B) of Appendix A of the Code <br />of Ordinances, City of San Marcos, Texas, entitled "General <br />Zoning Ordinance," is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 11- "R-2" Duplex Or Two-Family Dwelling <br /> District <br /> <br />...B. Specific Uses: (RequZre Use Permits) <br /> <br />1. A mobile home on an unsubdivided tract <br /> or two mobile homes per lot of record. <br />2. Parking facilities for non-residential <br /> uses. <br />3. Home occupation. <br /> <br /> SECTI~ON 4. That section 12(B) of Appendix A of the Code <br />of Ordinances, City of San Marcos, Texas, entitled "General <br />Zoning Ordinance," is he~reby amended to read as' follows: <br /> <br /> Section 12-"D" Multi-Family Dwelling District <br /> <br /> ...B. Specific Uses in all "D" Districts"' (Require <br /> Use Permits) <br /> <br /> 1. A mobile home on anUnsubdivided tract <br /> or two mobile ~Komes per lot of reCord. <br /> 2.
