155 ORDINANCE NO. 1981-61 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING APPENDIX A OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, ENTITLED "GENERAL ZONING ORDINANCE" TO INCLUDE "HOME OCCUPATION" AS A SPECIFIC USE ALLOWABLE IN "' R-i' SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICTS ," "' TH' TOWNHOUSE RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS," "' R-2' DUPLEX OR TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICTS" AND "'D~ MULTI- FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICTS" AND DECLARING AN EFFEC- TIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That section 9(B) of Appendix A of the Code of Ordinances, City of San Marcos, Texas, entitled "General Zoning Ordinance," is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 9- "R-i" Single Family Dwelling District ...B. Specific Uses: (Require Use Permits) 1. A mobile home on an unsubdivided tract or two mobile homes per lot in residential areas. 2. Facilities for railroads or those u~ilities holding a franchise under the City. 3. Home occupation. SECTION 2. That section 10(B) of Appendix A of the Code of Ordinances, City of San Marcos, Texas, entitled "General Zoning Ordinance," is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 10- "TH" Townhouse Residential District ...B. Specific Uses: (Require Use Permits) 1. A mobile home on an unsubdivided tract. 2. Home occupation. SECTION 3. That section ii(B) of Appendix A of the Code of Ordinances, City of San Marcos, Texas, entitled "General Zoning Ordinance," is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 11- "R-2" Duplex Or Two-Family Dwelling District ...B. Specific Uses: (RequZre Use Permits) 1. A mobile home on an unsubdivided tract or two mobile homes per lot of record. 2. Parking facilities for non-residential uses. 3. Home occupation. SECTI~ON 4.
