249. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2004 10.:1 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, AWARDING AN ANNUAL CONTRACT TO TEXAS ELECTRIC <br />COOPERATIVES, INC. FORTHE PURCHASE OFWOOD DISTRIBUTION <br />POLES FOR THE ELECTRIC UTILITY DEPARTMENT; AUTHORIZING THE <br />PURCHASING MANAGERTO EXECUTE PURCHASING DOCUMENTS ON <br />BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br /> PART 1. The award of an annual contract to Texas Electric Cooperatives, Inc. <br />located in Jasper, Texas for the purchase of wood distribution poles for the Electric Utility <br />Department (IFB 24~049), in the estimated amount of $104,353.70 is approved. <br /> <br /> PART 2.
