25~. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2004- i05 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, APPROVING THE EXTENSION OF AN ANNUAL CONTRACT <br />WITH ENVIRONMENTAL IMPROVEMENTS, INC. FOR THE PURCHASE <br />OF FILTER MODULES; AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING MANAGER TO <br />EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS RELATED TO THIS <br />CONTRACT EXTENSION ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING <br />AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br /> 1. On June 24, 2002 the City Council of the City of San Marcos approved an <br />annual contract for the purchase of filter modules (the "Contract") with Environmental <br />Improvements, Inc. <br /> <br /> 2. On May 28, 2004 the City Council approved the extension of the Contract for <br />an additional year. <br /> <br />2. Both parties agree to extend the Contract for a final year. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br /> PART 1. The extension ofthe Contract with Environmental Improvements, Inc. <br />for the purchase of filter modules for a final year is approved. <br /> <br /> PART 2.
