<br />26. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2004- <br /> <br />110 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, AWARDING A CONTRACT TO AUSTIN ENGINEERING CO., INC. <br />IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOYARS BOOSTER PUMP PROJECT; <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT <br />DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS <br /> <br />PART 1. The award of a construction contract to Austin Engineering Co., Inc. <br />for the Soyars Booster Pump Project in the amount of $238,000.00 is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. The City Manager, Dan O'Leary, is authorized to execute the contract <br />documents on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
