RESOLUTION 2008-127RR <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING A CONTRACT FOR TOURISM <br />PROMOTIONAL SERVICES WITH THE SAN MARCOS AREA <br />CHAMBER OF COMMERCE; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER <br />TO EXECUTE THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The terms and conditions of the attached Contract for Tourism <br />Promotional Services (the "Agreement") between the City of San Marcos, Texas and the San <br />Marcos Area Chamber of Commerce is hereby approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager, Rick Menchaca, is authorized to execute the <br />Agreement on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
