<br />RESOLUTION 2008-132R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT TO <br />STOKES CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR THE CIVIL AIR PATROL <br />BUILDING, PHASE I PROJECT IN THE AMOUNT OF $68,586.00; <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE <br />CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />• <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS <br />PART 1. The award of a construction contract to Stokes Construction Company for <br />the Civil Air Patrol Building, Phase I Project in the amount of $68,586.00 is approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager, Rick Menchaca, is authorized to execute the contract <br />documents on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
