<br />119. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2004 131 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, AWARDING AN ANNUAL CONTRACT TO KEMIRON COMPANIES, <br />INe. FOR THE PURCHASE OF LIQUID FERRIC CHLORIDE FOR THE <br />W ATER/W ASTEW ATERDEP ARTMENT; AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING <br />MANAGER TO EXECUTE PURCHASING DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE <br />CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The award of an annual contract to Kemiron Companies, Inc. located in <br />Lawrence, Kansas for the purchase of liquid ferric chloride for the W ater/W astewater Department <br />(IFB 24-050), in the estimated amount of$69,000.00 is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2.
