RESOLUTION 2010- 134 R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS FINDING CERTAIN COMPUTERS UTILIZED BY <br />THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS TO BE SURPLUS AND OF NO VALUE; <br />AUTHORIZING THE TECHNOLOGY SERVICES DEPARTMENT TO <br />DONATE THESE COMPUTERS TO THE CITY OF MARTINDALE, <br />TEXAS AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />RECITALS: <br />1. The City has adopted a computer replacement schedule to replace computers that <br />are five years of age or older. <br />2. The City has determined that these computers are surplus and of no value to the <br />City and the City wishes to donate them to the City of Martindale, Texas. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The City Council finds and determines that computers five years of age and <br />older are surplus and of no value to the City of San Marcos. <br />PART 2. The Technology Services Department is authorized to donate these computers <br />to the City of Martindale Texas. <br />PART 3. The Interim City Manager, Laurie Moyer, is authorized to execute any <br />necessary documents facilitating the transfer of these surplus computers. <br />PART 4.
