Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present <br />With a quorum present, the Special Meeting of the San Marcos City Council was called to order <br />by Mayor Susan Narvaiz at 7:45 p.m. on Wednesday, September 22, 2010 in the Council <br />Chambers of the City of San Marcos City Hall Conference Room, 630 East Hopkins, San <br />Marcos, Texas 78666. <br />3. Executive Session <br />In accordance with the Texas Government with §551.074- Personnel Matters. <br />A. Deliberation regarding City Manager. <br />The Executive Session adjourned at 7:46 p.m. on Wednesday, September 22, 2010. <br />4.
