Call to Order and Announce a Ouorum is Present <br />With a quorum present, the Regular Meeting of the San Marcos City Council was called to order by <br />Mayor Daniel Guerrero at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday, December 14, 2010 in the Council Chambers of the <br />City of San Marcos City Hall, 630 East Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas 78666. <br />3. Invocation <br />Pastor Dennis Spire of the Calvary Baptist Church provided the invocation <br />4. Pledge of Allegiance <br />Mayor Pro Tern Ryan Thomason led the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />• <br />
