<br />111. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2002- <br /> <br />26 <br /> <br />R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF CARPETING FOR THE <br />ACTIVITY CENTER FROM BAGLEY'S FLOOR SERVICE, LTD. THROUGH <br />THE STATE BUILDING AND PROCUREMENT COMMISSION; <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE PURCHASING <br />DOCUMENTS WITH THE STATE ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The purchase of new carpeting for the Activity Center from Bagley's <br />Floor Service, Ltd. through the State Building and Procurement Commission for a total of <br />$63,332.50 is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. The City Manager, Larry Gilley is authorized to execute appropriate <br />purchasing documents with the State on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
