<br />95. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2002 - 66 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, AWARDING AN ANNUAL CONTRACT TO SAMCO LEAK <br />DETECTION SERVICES. INC. FOR THE PROVISION OF LEAK <br />DETECTION SERVICES; AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING MANAGER <br />TO EXECUTE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The award of an annual contract to SAMCO Leak Detection Services <br />Inc. located in Austin, Texas, for the provision of leak detection services (IFB 22-017) for <br />the Water Distribution Division in the estimated amount of $19,875.00 is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. The Purchasing Manager, Cheryl Pantermuehl, is authorized to <br />execute contract documents on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
