<br />135. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2002- 194 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT TO BRODBECK <br />GENERAL CONTRACTING, INC. FOR THE PHASE TWO <br />IMPROVEMENTS TO THE CENTRAL FIRE STATION PROJECT; <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT <br />DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS <br /> <br />PART 1. The award of a construction contract to Brodbeck General Contracting, <br />Inc. for the Phase Two Improvements to the Central Fire Station Project in the amount of <br />$126,050 is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. The City Manager, Dan O'Leary, is authorized to execute the contract <br />documents on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
