<br />172. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2002- 198 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF A ROTARY MOWER FOR THE <br />PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT FROM PROFESSIONAL TURF <br />PRODUCTS, INC. THROUGH THE STATE BUILDING AND <br />PROCUREMENT COMMISSION; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO <br />EXECUTE PURCHASING DOCUMENTS WITH THE STATE ON BEHALF <br />OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The purchase of a rotary mower for the Parks and Recreation <br />Department from Professional Turf Products, Inc. through the State Building and <br />Procurement Commission for a total of $24,609.33 is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. The City Manager, Dan O'Leary is authorized to execute appropriate <br />purchasing documents with the State on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
