• RESOLUTION 2011 - 9 3 R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING A LEASE OF PROPERTY AT THE SAN <br />MARCOS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT WITH SPECIALIZED AERO, LLC <br />FOR A TEN (10) YEAR TERM WITH FOUR FIVE -YEAR OPTIONS TO <br />RENEW; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE <br />LEASE; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The attached San Marcos Municipal Airport "Lease Of Airport Property For <br />Use as an FAA Repair Station" ( "Lease ") is hereby approved. The city manager is authorized to <br />sign the Lease on behalf of the city and authorized to approve extensions thereto in accordance <br />with the Lease terms. <br />PART 2.
