<br />154. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2001- 132 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A LETTER <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND ALLEN PUMP & MOTOR <br />SERVICE TO EXTEND AN ANNUAL CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION <br />OF PUMP AND MOTOR REPAIR; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER <br />TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />1. On August 14, 2000 the City of San Marcos approved an annual contract for <br />the provision of pump and motor repair (the "Contract") with Allen Pump & Motor Service. <br /> <br />2. Both parties agree to an extension of the Contract for an additional year. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The attached letter agreement between the City of San Marcos and <br />Allen Pump and Motor Service to extend the term of the Contract is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. The City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is authorized to execute the <br />agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
