RESOLUTION 2011 - 10 0 R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AN <br />AIRCRAFT STORAGE RENTAL AGREEMENT FORM, ASSIGNMENT OF <br />LEASE FORM AND WAITLIST INFORMATION SHEET FORM, <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENTS <br />ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />RECITALS: <br />1. The San Marcos City Council ( "Council ") approved a T- Hangar Lease Agreement form <br />in Resolution 1984 -39R for T— Hangars at the San Marcos Municipal Airport on May 14, 1984. <br />2. The Airport Manager has proposed adopting new forms of agreement for: Aircraft <br />Rental Storage for T- Hangars and Tie Downs; Assignment of Lease form for Private Hangars <br />and a Waitlist Information Sheet. The San Marcos Airport Commission has recommended <br />adopting these forms. <br />3. The Council desires to replace the existing forms approved in Resolution 1984 -39R <br />with the new forms at the San Marcos Municipal Airport. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br />PART 1. That the terms and conditions of the Aircraft Rental Storage Agreement for renting T- <br />Hangars and Tie Downs, Assignment of Lease Assignments for Private Hangars and a Waitlist <br />Information Sheet attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof for all purposes are <br />hereby approved. <br />PART 2. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute said agreements in the form <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A. <br />PART 3. That said forms shall supercede and replace the existing form of T- Hangar and <br />Storage Rental Agreements adopted by Resolution 1984 -39R. <br />PART 4. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage. <br />ADOPTED this 16th <br />day of August, 2011. <br />aniel Guerrero <br />Mayor <br />
