<br />138. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2001- 1 qR R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, CASTING VOTES ALLOCATED TO <br />THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS FORA CANDIDATE FOR THE <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE HAYS COUNTY <br />APPRAISAL DISTRICT; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />1. The City of San Marcos is allocated 439 votes towards the election of a candidate or <br />candidates for membership on the Hays County Appraisal District Board of Directors. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The votes allocated to the City of San Marcos for the election of a <br />candidate for membership on the Board of Directors of the Hays County Appraisal District <br />are cast for the following person: <br /> <br />Jane Hughson <br /> <br />PART 2. The Mayor, David Chiu, is authorized to complete the attached Official <br />Ballot in order to cast the City's votes. <br /> <br />PART 3.
