<br />233. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2001 - ') 1 7 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS DECLARING POLICE AND FIRE UNIFORM ITEMS TO <br />BE SURPLUS AND OF NO VALUE TO THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS; <br />AUTHORIZING THE DONATION OF THESE UNIFORM ITEMS TO <br />MONCLOVA, MEXICO AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />1. The San Marcos Police and Fire Departments have in their possession <br />uniform items that are of no value to the City. <br /> <br />2. The City wishes to donate these uniform items to Monclova, Mexico. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The City Council finds and determines that certain uniform items in the <br />in the possession of the Police and Fire Departments are surplus and of no value to the <br />City of San Marcos. <br /> <br />PART 2. The City Council authorizes the donation of these uniform items <br />to Monclova, Mexico. <br /> <br />PART 3.
