RESOLUTION 2011 -105R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br />CITY AND K FRIESE AND ASSOCIATES, INC. IN AN AMOUNT NOT <br />TO EXCEED $61,534.00 FOR THE PROVISION OF PROFESSIONAL <br />ENGINEERING SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE FRANKLIN <br />LIFT STATION FORCE MAIN EXTENSION PROJECT CONTINGENT <br />UPON THE ENGINEER'S PROVISION OF SUFFICIENT INSURANCE <br />IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ATTACHED AGREEMENT; <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THIS <br />AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The attached agreement between the City and K Friese and Associates, <br />Inc. for the provision of professional engineering services in connection with the Franklin Lift <br />Station Force Main Extension Project in an amount not to exceed $61,534.00 is approved <br />contingent upon the Engineer's timely submission of sufficient insurance in accordance with the <br />attached Agreement. <br />PART 2. City Manager, James R. Nuse, P.E., is authorized to execute the <br />Agreement on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
