<br />171. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2000 - 37 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, APPROVING THE CITIZEN PARTICIPATION PLAN FOR THE <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT 2000 CONSOLIDATED <br />PLAN; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />1. The City is required to prepare a Five Year Consolidated Plan (the "Plan") for <br />fiscal years 2000 through 2004 in order to continue receiving funding from the U.S. <br />Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). <br /> <br />2.
