<br />97. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2000- 75 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF 94 ORACLE 8i ENTERPRISE <br />EDITION LICENSES FROM DATABASE CONSULTANTS, INC. THROUGH <br />THE STATE GENERAL SERVICES COMMISSION'S CATALOGUE <br />PURCHASING PROCEDURE; AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING <br />MANAGER TO EXECUTE PURCHASING DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF <br />THE CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The purchase of 94 Oracle 8i Enterprise Edition Licenses for the <br />Police Department from Database Consultant, Inc. through the General Services <br />Commission's Catalogue Purchase Procedure in the amount of $53,730.19 is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. The Purchasing Manager, Cheryl Pantermuehl is authorized to <br />execute the appropriate purchasing documents on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
