<br />98. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2000~ <br /> <br />76 <br /> <br />R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF TWO COMPAQ SERVERS <br />FROM COMPAQ THROUGH THE STATE GENERAL SERVICES <br />COMMISSION'S CATALOGUE PURCHASING PROCEDURE; <br />AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br />PURCHASING DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The purchase of two Compaq ProLiant servers for the Police <br />Department from Compaq through the General Services Commission's Catalogue <br />Purchase Procedure in the amount of $29,940.00 is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. The Purchasing Manager, Cheryl Pantermuehl is authorized to <br />execute the appropriate purchasing documents on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
