I <br />'- >~ <br />u co <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO 2005----2..2 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING THE <br />OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY BY <br />REZONING A 015 ACRE TRACT OF PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 512 SAN ANTONIO STREET, FROM <br />"MF-4" MULTI-FAMILY DISTRICT (HIGH DENSITY) <br />(MF-24) TO "DR" DUPLEX RESTRICTED DISTRICT, <br />INCLUDING PROCEDURAL PROVISIONS, AND <br />PROVIDING FOR PENALTIES <br /> <br />11 5 . <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />r- <br /> <br />:> <br />o <br />:::z: <br />~ <br /><=> <br /><=> <br />C'.oI <br /> <br />RECITALS. <br /> <br />1 On October 11, 2005, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City <br />of San Marcos held a public hearing regarding a request to change the zoning <br />from "MF-24" Multi-Family District (High Density) ("MF-24 in the City Land <br />Development Code) to "DR" Duplex Restricted District for a 0 15 acre tract of <br />property located at 512 San Antonio Street. <br /> <br />2 Subsequent to the public hearing on that date, the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission did, on October 11, 2005 consider and vote to approve the request, <br />and has recommended that the request be approved by the City Council of the <br />City <br /> <br />3 The City Council held a public hearing on the 7th day of December , <br />2005, regarding the request. <br /> <br />4 All requirements of Chapter 1, Development Procedures, of the City <br />Land Development Code pertaining to Future Land Use Map Amendments and <br />Zoning Map amendments have been met. <br /> <br />5 The City Council hereby finds and determines that the adoption of the <br />following ordinance is in the interest of the public health, morals, welfare and <br />safety <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS <br /> <br />SECTION 1 The Official Zoning Map of the City, as described in Section <br />4 1 2 2 of the City Land Development Code, is amended to rezone the following <br />real property which is presently zoned "MF-4" Multi-Family District (High Density) <br />to "DR" Duplex Restricted District: <br /> <br />Street address. <br /> <br />512 San Antonio Street. <br />
