I '- >~ u co ORDINANCE NO 2005----2..2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY BY REZONING A 015 ACRE TRACT OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 512 SAN ANTONIO STREET, FROM "MF-4" MULTI-FAMILY DISTRICT (HIGH DENSITY) (MF-24) TO "DR" DUPLEX RESTRICTED DISTRICT, INCLUDING PROCEDURAL PROVISIONS, AND PROVIDING FOR PENALTIES 11 5 . ~ r- :> o :::z: ~ <=> <=> C'.oI RECITALS. 1 On October 11, 2005, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of San Marcos held a public hearing regarding a request to change the zoning from "MF-24" Multi-Family District (High Density) ("MF-24 in the City Land Development Code) to "DR" Duplex Restricted District for a 0 15 acre tract of property located at 512 San Antonio Street. 2 Subsequent to the public hearing on that date, the Planning and Zoning Commission did, on October 11, 2005 consider and vote to approve the request, and has recommended that the request be approved by the City Council of the City 3 The City Council held a public hearing on the 7th day of December , 2005, regarding the request. 4 All requirements of Chapter 1, Development Procedures, of the City Land Development Code pertaining to Future Land Use Map Amendments and Zoning Map amendments have been met. 5 The City Council hereby finds and determines that the adoption of the following ordinance is in the interest of the public health, morals, welfare and safety BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS SECTION 1 The Official Zoning Map of the City, as described in Section 4 1 2 2 of the City Land Development Code, is amended to rezone the following real property which is presently zoned "MF-4" Multi-Family District (High Density) to "DR" Duplex Restricted District: Street address. 512 San Antonio Street.
