RESOLUTION 2011- 155 R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br />CITY AND FREESE AND NICHOLS, INC. IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO <br />EXCEED $133,002.00 FOR THE PROVISION OF PROFESSIONAL <br />ENGINEERING SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE NANCE, <br />NORTH AND MOORE WASTEWATER CAPACITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />PROJECT, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THIS <br />AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS; <br />PART 1. The attached agreement between the City and Freese and Nichols, Inc. for <br />the provision of professional engineering services in connection with the Nance, North and <br />Moore Wastewater Capacity Improvements Project in an amount not to exceed $133,082,00 is <br />approved. <br />PART 2, The City Manager is authorized to execute the Agreement on behalf of the <br />City. <br />PART 3.
