<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />32. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2004.148 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, AWARDING ANNUAL CONTRACTS TO WESCO DISTRIBUTION <br />AND KBS ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTORS, INC. FOR THE PURCHASE OF <br />THREE PHASE PAD MOUNTED TRANSFORMERS FOR THE ELECTRIC <br />UTILITY DEPARTMENT; AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING MANAGER <br />TO EXECUTE PURCHASING DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY, <br />AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The award of an annual contract to Wesco Distribution located in San <br />Antonio, Texas for the purchase of Item #1 at $4,987.00 each and for Item #2 at <br />$6,183.00 each (IFB 24-039) for the Electric Utility Department is approved <br /> <br />PART 2. The award of an annual contract to KBS Electrical Distributors located <br />in Austin, Texas for the purchase of Item #3 at $7,886.00 each, Item #4 at $4,313.00 <br />each, Item #5 at $5,731.00 each and Item #6 at $7,760.00 (IFB 24-039) for the Electric <br />Utility Department is approved. <br /> <br />PART 3. The Purchasing Manager, Cheryl Pantermuehl, is authOrized to <br />execute contract documents on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 4.
