IN CONNECTION WITH THE SESSOM <br />DRIVE/LOOP 82 INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT <br />DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS <br /> <br />PART 1. The award of a construction contract to Texas Sterling Construction, <br />L.P. in connection with the Sessom Drive/Loop 82 Intersection Improvements Project in the <br />amount of $539,721.20 is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. The City Manager, Dan O'Leary, is authorized to execute the contract <br />documents on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
