<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />150. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2006 34 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, AWARDING AN ANNUAL CONTRACT TO NATIONAL <br />WATERWORKS FOR THE PURCHASE OF WATER METERS FOR THE <br />W ATERIW ASTEW ATER UTILITIES DEP ARTMENT, WATER DISTRIBUTION <br />DNISION; AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br />PURCHASING DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING <br />AN EFFECTNE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The award of an annual contract to National Waterworks, located in Kyle, <br />Texas for the purchase of water meters for the Water/Wastewater Department Utilities, Water <br />Distribution Division (IFB 26-023), in the estimated amount of$50,775.25 is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2.
