<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />95. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2006 - 86 <br /> <br />R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE ASSIGNMENT OF <br />A LEASE OF AIRPORT PROPERTY BY GEOFF ELKINS TO <br />FORREST W. HASKELL; AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br />MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE ASSIGNMENT; AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />1. On December 11, 2001 the City entered into an agreement (the "Lease") of Airport <br />property with B. Craig Cuny, Lessee. <br /> <br />2. On June 15, 2005 the Lease was assigned to Geoff Elkins <br /> <br />3. The current Lessee, Geoff Elkins, wishes to assign the Lease to Forrest W. Haskell. <br /> <br />4. The Airport Commission recommended approval of the attached Assignment of <br />Lease to the City Council at its May 2, 2006 meeting. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. <br /> <br />The attached Assignment of Lease is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2.
