Mrs. Norris moved to <br />approve the minutes. Hr. Stokes seconded the motion, which passed <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />The fiayor introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of <br />the special meetina held October 16, 1980. Mr. James moved to approve <br />the minutes. Mrs. Norris seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />The !1ayor introduced for consideration a Resolution having the following <br />caption: <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN r11\RCOS, <br />TEXAS, APPROVING THE CONTINUATION OF THE AGREE~1ENT BETWEEN <br />SAID CITY AND THE HERITAGE GUILD FOR THE OPERATION OF THE <br />CHARLES S. COCK HOME AS A HOUSE MUSEUr1 OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br />AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />Dr. Emmie Craddock addressed the Council and noted the recommended <br />improvements. Mr. Stokes moved to adopt the Resolution. Hr. James <br />seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />The Hayor introduced for consideration an Ordinance on second reading <br />having the following caption: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN fffiRCOS, <br />TEXAS, N1ENDING SECTION 3 OF THAT ORDINANCE ~HICH REGULATES <br />AND RESTRICTS THB LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, ST~UCTURES <br />AND LAND, DATED SEPTEMBER 29, 1980 (VOL. 54) BY CHANGING THE <br />ZONING OF 20.91 ACRES OUT OF THE J. M. VEPJV1ENDI LEAGUE NO. <br />TNOi LOCATED AT 2213 RIVER ROAD FROM "R-l" (SINGLE FAMILY <br />RESIDENTIAL) TO "MH" (HOBILE HOJI!E DISTRICT). <br /> <br />Hrs. Norris moved to approve the Ordinance on second reading.
