53 RESOLUTION NO. 1980~80-R AN RESOLUTIGN OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING A LEASE AGREE- MENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS AND THE SAN MARCOS YOUTH SERVICE BUREAU FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 811 GEORGIA STREET; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF SAID CITY TO EXECUTE SAID CON- TRACT AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. I WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos, Texas owns certain real property in the City of San Marcos located at 811 Georgia Street which is vacant; and, WHEREAS, the San Marcos Youth Service Bureau,.an organization which works with juveniles who have come the attention of the juvenile justice authorities,has a strong need for temporary quarters; and, WHEREAS, the City Council of said City desires to lease said property at 811 Georgia Street to the Youth Service Bureau of said City for use as a location at which counseling and office work pursuant to dealing with the problems of said juveniles is accomplished; now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: PART 1. That the lease agreement between the City of San Marcos, Texas and the San Marcos Youth Service Bureau for the purpose of providing a location at which counseling and office work maybe accomplished, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all intents and purposes, be, and is here- by, approved. I PART 2. That the Mayor of said City, Kenneth V. Kraus be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute said lease agreement on behalf of said city. PART 3.
