<br />37 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1999- 48 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF A UTILlTYVEHICLE FOR THE <br />BUILDING INSPECTION DEPARTMENT THROUGH THE STATE <br />GENERAL SERVICES COMMISSION; AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br />MANAGER TO EXECUTE PURCHASING DOCUMENTS WITH THE STATE <br />ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The purchase of a utility vehicle from Maxwell Chrysler Plymouth <br />through the General Services Commission for a total of $19,750.00 is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. The City Manager, Larry Gilley is authorized to execute appropriate <br />purchasing documents with the State on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
