<br />66 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1999 - <br /> <br />56 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS <br />APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br />OF AMENDMENT NUMBER ONE TO THE <br />LEASE OF AIRPORT PROPERTY BETWEEN <br />RANDY KERNER, D/B/A KERNER AIRCRAFT <br />SERVICES AND THE CITY; AUTHORIZING <br />THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE <br />AMENDMENT; AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />1. On September 17, 1998 the City entered into an agreement (the "Lease") with <br />Randy Kerner regarding two tracts of property at the San Marcos Airport. <br /> <br />2. The Lessee wishes to amend the Lease to allow him to construct a third T-Hangar <br />building on a third parcel of real property. <br /> <br />3. The Airport Commission has recommended the approval of the attached <br />Amendment One to the Lease to allow the construction of a third T -Hangar building. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. <br /> <br />The attached Amendment Number One to the Lease is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. <br />amendment. <br /> <br />The City Manager, Larry D.
