<br />205 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1999- 102 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, AWARDING AN ANNUAL CONTRACT TO SOUTHWESTERN <br />EXPRESS FOR THE PURCHASE OF LIQUID FERRIC CHLORIDE FOR <br />THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT; AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING <br />MANAGERTOEXECUTECONTRACTDOCUMENTSONBEHALFOFTHE <br />CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The award of an annual contract to Southwestern Express located in <br />Oklahoma City, Oklahoma for the purchase of liquid ferric chloride for the Public Works <br />Department in the amount of $66,847.00 is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. The Purchasing Manager, Cheryl Pantermuehl, is authorized to <br />execute appropriate contract documents on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
