<br />26. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1999- 112 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY <br />AND THE LOWER COLORADO RIVER AUTHORITY FOR GRANT <br />FUNDING FOR THE PROVISION OF INFORMATIONAL SIGNS ALONG <br />THE RIVER TRAIL; RATIFYING THE CITY MANAGER'S EXECUTION OF <br />THIS AGREEMENT; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The attached Agreement between the City and the Lower Colorado <br />River Authority ("LCRA") for $25,000.00 in grant funding for the provision of informational <br />signs along the river trail is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. The execution of this contract by the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is <br />ratified. <br /> <br />PART 4. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately from and <br />after its passage. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this the 24th day of <br /> <br />Hay <br /> <br />1999. <br /> <br />i)'J!~~ <br /> <br />Billy G.
