Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present <br />With a quorum present, the regular meeting of the San Marcos City Council was called to order <br />by Mayor Daniel Guerrero at 5:07 p.m. on Tuesday, April 3, 2012 in the Council Chambers of <br />the City of San Marcos City Hall, 630 East Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas 78666. <br />3. Executive Session in accordance with 4 551.087 — Economic Development: to discuss the <br />development of Class A Medical Office Space, and to deliberate possible housing and <br />relocation incentives to induce the expansion of a business located in North Central San <br />Marcos. <br />MOTION: Upon a motion made by Council Member Scott and a second by Council Member <br />Thomason the City Council voted six (6) for and zero (0) opposed, to move into executive <br />session at 5:11 p.m. The motion carried. <br />
