RESOLUTION 2012 - 49R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, REJECTING THE BIDS SUBMITTED FOR THE <br />PURCHASE OF PAD MOUNT TRANSFORMERS (IFB- 212 -054) FOR <br />THE ELECTRIC UTILITY DEPARTMENT; AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />Recitals: <br />1. On March 22, 2012, four bids were received for the purchase of pad mount <br />transformers for the Electric Utilities Department (IFB -212 -054). <br />2. Due to an error in an addendum issued by the City, the bids did not meet the <br />City's requirements. Staff will re -bid this item. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The bids received in response to an invitation for bids (IFB 212 -054) for the <br />purchase of pad mount transformers for the Electric Utilities Department is rejected. <br />PART 2.
