<br />194. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1999 - 236R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS MAKING AN APPOINTMENTTO THE <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CAPITAL AREA HOUSING <br />FINANCE CORPORATION; AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />1. The articles of incorporation of the Capital Area Housing Finance Corporation <br />(the "Corporation") authorize the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, to appoint <br />one director of the Corporation. <br /> <br />2. The term of the current director from the City of San Marcos, Fred Markham, <br />expired October 21, 1999. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That Fred Markham is appointed a director of the Corporation for the term <br />beginning October 22, 1999 and expiring October 21, 2003, or until his successoris duly <br />appointed and qualifies. <br /> <br />PART 2.
