<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />116 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2006- l!O R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND BYRN <br />AND ASSOCIATES, INC., FOR THE PROVISION OF PROFESSIONAL <br />ENGINEERING SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE MCCARTY LANE <br />16" WATER LINE EXTENSION PROJECT - PHASE 1 AND PHASE 2; <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THIS AGREEMENT <br />ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The attached agreement between the City and Byrn and Associates, Inc. <br />for the provision of professional engineering services in connection with the McCarty Lane 16" <br />Water Line Extension Project - Phase 1 and Phase 2 is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2.
