RESOLUTION 2012 - 77R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND ESPEY <br />CONSULTANTS, INC. DBA RPS ESPEY IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED <br />$176,110.00 FOR THE PROVISION OF PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING <br />SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH A DIRECT WATER REUSE <br />FEASIBILITY STUDY CONTINGENT UPON THE CONSULTANT'S <br />PROVISION OF SUFFICIENT INSURANCE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE <br />ATTACHED AGREEMENT; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO <br />EXECUTE THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING <br />AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The attached agreement between the City and Espey Consultants, Inc. dba <br />RPS Espey for the provision of professional engineering services in connection with a Direct <br />Water Reuse Feasibility Study in an amount not to exceed $176,110.00 is approved contingent <br />upon the Engineer's provision of sufficient insurance in accordance with the attached agreement. <br />PART 2. The City Manager is authorized to execute the Agreement on behalf of the <br />City. <br />PART 3.
