RESOLUTION 2012 - 95 R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br />CITY AND RABA KISTNER CONSULTANTS, INC. IN AN AMOUNT <br />NOT TO EXCEED $102,000.00 FOR THE PROVISION OF MATERIALS <br />TESTING SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE DOWNTOWN <br />RECONSTRUCTION PHASE 1 PROJECT UPON THE CONSULTANT'S <br />PROVISION OF SUFFICIENT INSURANCE IN ACCORDANCE WITH <br />THE ATTACHED AGREEMENT; AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br />MANAGER TO EXECUTE THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE <br />CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The attached agreement between the City and Raba Kistner Consultants, <br />Inc. for the provision of materials testing services in connection with the Downtown <br />Reconstruction Phase 1 Project in amount not to exceed $102,000.00 is approved contingent <br />upon the Engineer's provision of sufficient insurance in accordance with the attached agreement. <br />PART 2. The City Manager is authorized to execute the Agreement on behalf of the <br />City. <br />PART 3.
