<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2007- 33 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF MODULAR FURNITURE <br />FROM THE SHELTON-KELLER GROUP THROUGH THE TEXAS <br />BUILDING AND PROCUREMENT COMMISSION'S TEXAS MULTIPLE <br />AWARD SCHEDULE; AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING MANAGER TO <br />EXECUTE PURCHASING DOCUMENTS WITH THE STATE ON BEHALF <br />OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The purchase of modular furniture for the Information Technology offices <br />in the amount of $44,653.78 from the Shelton-Keller Group through the Texas Building and <br />Procurement Commission's Texas Multiple Award Schedule is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2 The Purchasing Manager, Cheryl Pantermuehl is authorized to execute <br />appropriate purchasing documents with the State on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 3 <br />after its passage. <br /> <br />That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately from and <br /> <br />ADOPTED this the 20th <br /> <br />day of February <br /> <br />2007. <br /> <br />~rtg . <br /> <br />Susan Narvaiz ~ <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />" <br />
