<br /> 118 <br /> RESOLUTION 1998- 189 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING A REQUEST FOR REIMBURSEMENT <br /> FROM THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH FOR THE CITY'S <br /> INSTALLATION OF FLUORIDATION EQUIPMENT IN THE SURFACE <br /> WATER TREATMENT PLANT; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO <br /> EXECUTE THE REQUEST FOR REIMBURSEMENT AND RELATED <br /> DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The attached Texas Department of Health (UTDH") Request for <br /> Reimbursement for grant funding for the City's installation of fluoridation equipment in the <br /> construction of the Surface Water Treatment Plant is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is authorized to execute the <br /> reimbursement request and related documents on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
