<br /> 201 <br /> RESOLUTION 1998 - 212R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS <br /> APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF THE WIC <br /> PROGRAM LEASE WITH PHILIP TRAPANI <br /> D/B/A THE MARKETPLACE AT BASTROP FOR <br /> THE BASTROP SITE; AUTHORIZING THE <br /> CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A RENEWAL <br /> LETTER; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br /> DATE. <br /> RECITALS: <br /> 1. On December 14, 1992 the City Council authorized a lease of office space for the <br /> Women Infants and Children (WIC) Program operated by the City in Bastrop, <br /> Texas. <br /> 2. The attached letter renews the lease until January 31,2003. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The attached letter which renews the current lease of office space for <br /> the WIC program with Philip Trapani, d/b/a The Marketplace at Bastrop for property <br /> located at 443 West Highway 71, in Bastrop, Texas is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is authorized to execute the <br /> attached renewal letter. <br /> PART 3.
